Privacy policy.

This page explains the data Boss Forge needs to provide accounts, generation, storage, exports, billing, and abuse protection.

Information processed

Account information: identifiers and basic profile details supplied through the sign-in provider.

Forge content: concepts, prompts, selected settings, generated monster data, and requested images.

Roster and portrait data: saved monsters, token and portrait references, and account-linked preferences when you use signed-in storage.

Billing records: product, entitlement, credit-balance, and transaction status. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by Boss Forge.

Technical and security data: IP address, request metadata, and proof-of-work or abuse-prevention signals needed to operate and protect the service.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, provide requested forge and export features, maintain credit balances and paid entitlements, restore signed-in rosters, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and support users.

Service providers

Depending on the feature and deployment configuration, Boss Forge uses Google Firebase and Firestore for accounts and rosters; Together.ai with GLM 5.3 Flash for public text generation; Google Gemini or Vertex AI for owner-only Frontier text testing and AI image generation; Stripe for payments; and Google Cloud Storage or Cloudflare R2 for image storage. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Browser storage

Boss Forge uses browser storage for product preferences, first-visit state, and anonymous drafts. Clearing site data removes browser-only information. Signed-in roster data may remain in account-linked storage.

Retention and choices

Data is retained while needed to provide the service, preserve user-requested rosters and billing records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. You can avoid AI-assisted features, keep a draft anonymous and browser-local, clear browser storage, or request help with account-linked data.

Children

Boss Forge is not directed to children under 13 and should not be used by a child who cannot legally consent to the applicable data practices.

Changes and contact
